Our technique is unique and amazingly effective

To help your employees build confidence and entrepreneur-mindset, TEBSI will help them gain the necessary talents to solve problems and produce innovative ideas for your business:

  1. Employees will collaborate with each other thinking, designing, and building solutions – “Freelancers” style working on a specific problem your business may have.
  2. Then, we personalize the problem through questions that addresses “Freelancers” as “the business” and ask them to solve the problem or come-up with business ideas as if they were the customers.
  3. Then, validate the solution or the business idea to make sure it is socially, technically, and economically viable.


TEBSI provides a smart source of solutions for your company from talented employees who will become free of biases and preconceived notions that would constrain their ability to solve problems for you.

1. Duration - 84 days (12 weeks).

2. Expected hours during the 84 days: Coaching: Average 132 hours (11 hours/week), Support: 48 hours (4 hours/week), Review and Assessment: 12 hours (1 hour/week) and Showcasing: 2 hours.

7. Why the long duration and the hours spread? 

  • Because validation is king.  
  • What makes TEBSI different is that everything participants will do throughout the sessions is based on ground reality experience they gain that has to be validated to make sure it is socially, commercially, and technically viable.  
  • The time participants will spend during the sessions is what will help them develop validated experience that is relevant to business, scalable and sustainable.
