Ibn Khaldun Assembly for Career Development Studies

Introduction

Ibn Khaldun Assembly for Career Development Studies is a part of Talents of Endearment.


Born on May 27, 1332 in Tunis, Tunisia, Ibn Khaldun was an Arab sociologist, philosopher and historian who has been described as the founder of the modern disciplines of historiography, sociology, economics, and demography. 


Aim

to focus on how we can help people from around the world attain their crazy dream irrespective of age, gender, race, to move humanity forward. 


What it will do

The Assembly will be a center for research to develop and introduce to the world new ideas and methodologies that will help future generations and business connect, engage and collaborate to build future opportunities that will help them thrive, humanity grow, and the world prosper.

Process to become a member

Scholars can join by: 

  1. Nomination of existing members supported by resume and supporting documents.
  2. Submit a request to join supported by resume and supporting documents.
  3. Nominations and requests will be reviewed by our Certification Board and submitted with recommendations to our Board of Trustees for approval.

Roles & Responsibilities

Members are expected  to stay as active as possible and as their time permits:

  1. Participate in online training on TE master program and methodology (this is mostly asynchronous to accommodate everyone’s flexible hours)
  2. Participate in human and business opportunities development related researches.
  3. Write white papers for publication on human and business opportunities development.
  4. Mentor and coach in TE offered programs (students, businesses, professional, and startups) for financial compensation.
  5. Participate in preparing reports on human and business opportunities.
  6. Provide recommendation on platform/system updates/upgrades.
  7. Participate in writing articles for Ibn Khaldun Journal periodicals (planned every 3 months).
  8. Nominate other qualifying scholars from around the world to join the Assembly
  9. Makes suggestions of new programs to be considered and added under your stewardship – you will share intellectual property ownership right to any program developed by you.
  10. Suggest any new improvements you see fit.
  11. Suggest new partnerships for the Assembly with education and research institutions around the world.
  12. Participate in related social responsibility activities on behalf of the Assembly, locally, regionally and/or internationally.
  13. Participate in Assembly’s periodical online meetings.
